How do I cancel or make a change to my reservation? Is there a fee? •
Contact Center: If you made your reservation through our Contact Center please call us. We do not charge a cancellation fee for general reservations, and the reservation may be canceled at any time
We do accept all major credit cards, however as Turkish banks charge a very high commission for foreign credit cards we suggest you pay in cash to avoid surcharges.
Your office located at Dalaman airport?
Our Office is just outside of the Dalaman airport but we meet you at the airport with your name on a board 7 days 24 hours.
My flight is delayed what do I do?
Our local representative monitors all incoming flights and will wait for you if your flight is delayed.
What is your petrol policy?
Vehicles are not provided with a full tank of fuel. It is the client’s responsibility to return the vehicle with the same level of petrol. However, on receipt of the vehicle there will be enough fuel to take you to the petrol station. There is no refund for unused fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less petrol than given on delivery, a charge equivalent in value to the missing fuel will be incurred.

Dalaman City Car Rental takes child safety and protection very seriously.
Keeping your child safe in the vehicle is one of the most important things you can do, so please consider the following steps when renting a child safety seat:
As the customer you are responsible for complying with all applicable seat belt and child restraint laws.
The correct and complete manufacturer's instruction manual will be secured to the child safety seat for your reference. Please advise the rental representative if for some reason the instruction manual is not attached.
Customers must install child safety seats themselves. Employees of Dalaman City Car Rental may not install the child safety seats; however we are happy to carry them to your rental vehicle. DRIVING LICENCE AND DRIVING AGES The driver must be minimum 21 years old and should have a 2 years valid driving licence for B – C and D groups.
For F group vehicles, the driver must be minimum 24 years old and have a 2 years valid driving licence. For H Group vehicles the driver must be minimum 26 years old and have a 2 years valid driving licence.
DRIVERS SHOULD KNOW:
Cars must drive on the right side of the road in Turkey
Take your driving licence and your idedntity card with you when driving.
Fasten your seat belts at all times, this is the law.
All babies must sit on secured babyseats.
When parking, make sure that you have pulled on the hand brake and lock your doors.
Do not park in non-parking areas or you will be fined by the police. Your vehicle can be towed away to a police compound.
Do not leave your valuables eg jewellery, money or gold in the car. It is prohibited to drink and drive. Police could take away your driving licence and you can be imprisoned. Take care of the speed limits which are between 40 km and 50 km in all residential areas and maximum 90 kms on the highways.
When the weather is hot, the roads get slippery especially during summer rain showers so please slow down your driving speed.
Do not take hitchhikers into your car.
Your car can NOT be driven by another person unless his/her name is written on your rental contract. In the event of an accident, if your car was being driven by another person other than the named driver on the contract your insurance would be invalid and the cost of the damage would be paid by you
